If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. All our products comply with the regulations of each country, in terms of safety and hygiene.
In our warehouse, they go through a process of sanitization and sterilization before reaching your hands, so you can have complete peace of mind when purchasing them. We comply with all the regulations of our state regarding the marketing and handling against Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To make a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging and without signs of use.
The item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products such as teethers, underwear, or susceptible to individualized use, will not be contemplated in returns or exchanges. We watch over your safety and that of your little ones.
Once we receive your item, we will review it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you immediately about the status of your refund if it meets the specifications.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the same form of payment with which the purchase was made.
You will receive the amount in a period of approximately 7/14 days, according to the policies of your entity or debit / credit card.
Shipping costs will always be borne by the customer, except in cases where it is due to an error in our warehouse or the product is defective. Shipping costs are not refundable in any case that is not contemplated in the previous point.
